Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Manage multi-line phone systems and address client inquiries
  • Oversee the flow of walk-in customers and incoming calls
  • Ensure customer needs are met through outstanding service
  • Handle customer payments, bank deposits, petty cash management, and account coding
  • Collaborate with the billing team to respond to client inquiries regarding payments
  • Monitor and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Maintain accurate updates in the EPIC system and company portals

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • High School diploma and/or Post-Secondary education
  • 2-5 years of experience in an office setting
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including keyboarding and MS Office
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Familiarity with Epic is a plus
  • Exceptional customer service skills and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the brokerage or insurance sectors
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and credit assessment
