Key Responsibilities:

· Assist both retail and internal clientele with the procurement of accessories.

· Ensure timely receipt and distribution of parts to the appropriate Parts Advisor.

· Accurately label parts with the correct part numbers before storage.

· Conduct follow-ups with customers regarding special order parts.

· Serve as a support for fellow Parts Advisors when necessary.

· Prepare sales documentation including slips and invoices.

· Handle and fulfill telephone orders for parts.

· Organize and store parts in the stockroom according to a predefined system.

· Engage with external contacts effectively.
