About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Bradel Properties Ltd. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support
    • Assist in the coordination of job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
    • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of job postings, candidate applications, and interview results.
  • Employee Onboarding
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding process for new employees.
    • Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed and filed accurately.
  • HR Administration
    • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
    • Assist with the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Employee Engagement
    • Help plan and coordinate employee events, training sessions, and other engagement activities.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of employee recognition and reward programs.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
