About the Role

CB Canada is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Package Handler (AM Sorter) to join our team. As a Package Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient sorting and processing of packages at our facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unload curbside vehicles/trailers and load line haul trailers to maintain scheduled departures
  • Accurately scan and count truck stops, handling premium products during loading
  • Operate conveyor and roller belts, within trailers, cargo containers, and package vehicles
  • Foster positive relationships within the team (couriers, lead hands, and sorters)
  • Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Consistent and punctual attendance, with flexibility for additional hours or overtime

Requirements

  • Team player with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Quick learner capable of adapting to a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Clearance of a criminal record check and ability to lift weights up to 50-70lbs consistently
  • Steel-toed boots required and G license preferred but not mandatory

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly rate of $18.00/hour + 4% vacation pay weekly
  • Monday to Friday schedule, with shifts from 3:00 AM to 9:30 AM
  • Weekly pay deposited every Friday
