About the Role

G.M.A. Catering LTD. is seeking a skilled Laborer, Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and outdoor spaces of our premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grounds Maintenance: Perform tasks such as weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, and removing litter and garbage.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Repair and maintain equipment, including landscape maintenance equipment.
  • Plant Care: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
  • Materials Handling: Cart and spread topsoil and other materials as required.
  • Health and Safety: Participate in a criminal record check and adhere to all health and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
