Position Overview:
  • Assist in various human resources initiatives, including:
  • Drafting personnel requests and engaging in university recruitment efforts
  • Managing the internship program
  • Participating in all phases of the hiring process
  • Conducting audits of internal personnel files
  • Supporting the enhancement of HR procedures
  • Executing transactions within HR information systems
Required Qualifications:
  • Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
  • Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and networking capabilities
  • Innovative thinking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Previous office experience is advantageous
