Job Summary:

TV2 Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Integration Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions for the Siebel platform. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems, while optimizing performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of integration solutions involving Siebel CRM and other enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Develop integration strategies and solutions utilizing middleware, APIs, and other technologies to ensure seamless data flow between Siebel and external systems such as Oracle, OSM, AIA, and IPAG.
  • Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and design solutions to improve efficiency and performance of Siebel integrations.
  • Act as a lead or supervisor to junior team members and technical staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support in integration projects.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and IT operations teams to ensure integration solutions meet business and technical requirements.
  • Implement monitoring tools and frameworks to proactively detect and resolve integration issues, ensuring seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Siebel CRM architecture, integration patterns, and tools.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Utilities, OSM (Order and Service Management), and AIA (Application Integration Architecture).
  • Familiarity with integration tools and frameworks such as Jenkins, GitLab, Selenium, and IBM TSV for functional testing and deployment.
  • Experience with release management using Urban Code Deploy and Oracle Utilities Source Management.
  • Strong understanding of middleware and API management tools for integrations.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and guide the development of integration projects.
  • Experience leading teams or projects, and ability to make high-level technical decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess risks and performance impacts related to integration challenges.
