About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Cashier Supervisor to join our team at IGA. As a Cashier Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the cash department and leading a team of cashiers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various management activities within the cash department in collaboration with the Department Manager.
  • Ensure the management of purchases, inventories, P.L.U. price lists, and respect the sales per hour/person to ensure business readiness.
  • Train, evaluate, and motivate the members of your team and carry out the various operations related to the accounting of the cash registers (money transfer, deposits, controls, weekly verifications, etc.).

Requirements:

  • A minimum of experience as a cashier and known for your leadership skills.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team.
