About Your Team

Requirements
  1. Experience: Between five and ten years of experience in management and coaching of a consulting/business development team or in business development in the financial field.
  2. Education: Diploma of College Studies (DEC) and eight to ten years of experience or Bachelor's degree related to the industry and five to seven years of experience or Master's degree and five years of experience, depending on the level of the position.
  3. Professional Designations: Be a mutual fund representative (REC) and responsible for the compliance of the administrative unit (RCUA) or become one within 3-6 months of hiring.
