About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at T S V Iron works Ltd. As a Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and ensuring that welds meet standards and/or specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret welding process specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products
  • Examine welds and ensure that they meet quality and safety standards
  • Determine weldability of materials and select appropriate welding processes
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding equipment
  • Provide awareness training to employees on diversity and inclusion
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in welding
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
