Key Responsibilities- Recipe Development and Execution: Develop and implement recipes for a variety of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Inventory Management: Requisition and manage inventory of materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain efficient production levels.
- Staff Training and Development: Train and mentor staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and safety.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of kitchen and food service areas to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate machinery and equipment to support production needs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
