About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at Avjot Construction Co. Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimating and Budgeting: Accurately estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring that budgets are met and exceeded.
  • Staffing and Scheduling: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of workers, coordinating their activities and schedules to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with project supervisors and managers to coordinate work activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, requisition materials and supplies, and supervise workers and projects.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, flexible, and reliable.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
