Position Overview

As a Network Systems Specialist at Isidore Landscapes Inc, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our computer networks. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity and efficiency of our communication systems.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of College or CEGEP program
  • Experience: Previous experience is considered an asset
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee, troubleshoot, and manage local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and mainframe networks, along with computer workstations and peripheral devices.
  • Assess and implement computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software.
  • Provide technical support and problem-solving assistance to network users.
  • Establish and enforce data, software, and hardware security protocols.
  • Conduct routine network startups and shutdowns while maintaining accurate control records.
  • Execute data backup procedures and manage disaster recovery efforts.
  • Configure local area networks and establish Internet connections.
  • Utilize network traffic and security monitoring tools to enhance server performance.
