Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and food safety.
- Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food items, including portioning, wrapping, and packaging.
- Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies, including food, ingredients, and cleaning materials, in designated areas.
- Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment, including dishwashers, refrigerators, and ovens.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service, and provide support as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn new skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
- Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, ability to multitask, and strong teamwork skills.
