Roska DBO Inc., a leading operations company, is seeking a skilled Field/Plant Operator to join their team. As a Field/Plant Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of oil and gas production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain oil batteries, pump jacks, plunger lifts, compression, and sour field equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Monitor and control production levels to meet company targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in field operating roles.
  • Valid Class 5 driving license with a clean driver's abstract.
  • Valid H2S and First Aid certifications.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
