Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, management, and logistics.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant quality management systems.
