ZTR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication plans to ensure that stakeholders are informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the electronics or control systems industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
  • Certifications: PMP designation is an asset.
  • Skills: Proficient in using project management tools, such as PLMs or deliverable traceability tracking/documentation tools.
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, adaptable, and committed to finding solutions.
