About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team at Three Hills Pharmacy. As a Pharmacy Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacy staff in providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cast and Splint Application: Apply and adjust casts, splints, and bandages to ensure proper patient care.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Claims Processing: Process claims such as health insurance or workers' compensation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform general clerical duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining patient records.
  • Supply Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to ensure our pharmacy is well-stocked.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments with patients in a timely and efficient manner.
Security and Safety
  • Criminal Record Check: Conduct a thorough criminal record check to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.
