- Equipment Operation: Operate a range of equipment, including brush painting, conventional spray painting, and roller painting.
- Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for each project, and plan and schedule work to ensure timely completion.
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide advice on colours and choice of wall coverings.
- Education and Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in painting and construction, with a strong focus on surface preparation and painting techniques.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and work at heights using scaffolding and swing stages.
- Language: Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
