Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Lubrication Technician to join our team at Kelly Ford. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicles through proper maintenance and lubrication.

Education Requirements

• No formal degree, certificate, or diploma is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist mechanics and perform various tasks as assigned.
• Change engine oil and lubricate the moving parts of automobiles, trucks, and heavy machinery.
• Repair and balance tires to ensure optimal performance.
• Replace oil, air, and fuel filters on various vehicles and equipment.

Installation Specialization

• Focus on tire installation and maintenance.

Safety and Compliance

• Conduct driver's validity license checks.
• Review driving records (abstract) for compliance.

Transportation and Travel

• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Must have personal transportation.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Work Environment

• Attention to detail is crucial.
• Physical capabilities include bending, crouching, and kneeling.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with potential overtime.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle physically demanding tasks.

Weight Handling

• Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
