Key Responsibilities- Sanitation Duties: Thoroughly clean and disinfect kitchen items including dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
- Dishwashing: Efficiently operate dishwashing machines to ensure all dishes, glassware, and flatware are washed to the highest standards.
- Storage Management: Organize and place clean dishes in designated storage areas.
- Manual Washing: Hand wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen items as necessary.
- Pot and Pan Care: Scrub and clean pots and pans to maintain their quality.
- Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to uphold a clean kitchen environment.
