About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Beauty Sales Consultant to join our team at Chatters. As a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our beauty products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Expertise: You will have a deep understanding of our beauty products and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to our clients.
  • Customer Success: You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: You will build strong relationships with our clients and colleagues to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
  • Challenge and Opportunity: You will be motivated by the challenge of meeting sales targets and exceeding client expectations.
  • Results-Oriented: You will be focused on achieving results and driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

About You:

We are looking for a positive, outgoing, and driven individual who is passionate about the beauty industry and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. You will have a strong background in customer service, sales, or retail, and be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
