Assistant Site Superintendent

About the Company:
TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is a prominent Real Estate Developer focused on Multifamily Residential projects, currently in search of a skilled Assistant Site Superintendent to enhance their operations. This role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Construction Oversight:
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and subcontractors to formulate a comprehensive project timeline
  • Evaluate commissioning and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) prerequisites
  • Establish a Health, Safety, and Environment Plan
  • Examine and confirm the precision of contracts
  • Assist in the selection process for subcontractors
  • Conduct reviews for constructability
Construction Oversight:
  • Organize and manage daily construction activities
  • Ensure compliance with contract stipulations
  • Oversee site logistics and resource management
  • Maintain site reporting and uphold quality standards
  • Coordinate progress tracking for subcontractors and materials
  • Mitigate risks and resolve construction-related challenges
Post-Construction Oversight:
  • Finalize warranty tasks and site closure
  • Address deficiencies and manage site demobilization
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in construction management or a related discipline
  • Certifications in First Aid/CPR, WHMIS
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing Residential construction projects
  • Comprehensive understanding of contract management and construction practices
  • Proficiency in construction software and tools
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
  • Capability to handle multiple priorities and perform under pressure
