As a Leasing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales of our home products through direct interaction with our clientele, guiding them to find their desired items on a manageable payment plan.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating exceptional customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and via email
• Exhibiting compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their unique situations and needs
• Educating and empowering customers to achieve their financial objectives through credit building
• Leveraging various cross-sales and add-on products to maximize retail growth
• Communicating the terms and conditions of our financial offerings
• Supporting retail operations by managing customer accounts, collection activities, and maintaining store merchandising
• Securing all necessary information to process customer applications for products and services with meticulous attention to detail
• Being transparent by clearly communicating the terms and conditions of our lease agreements and adhering to best-in-class sales practices to minimize future collections

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are excellent communicators, people-oriented, and results-driven, aiming to enhance sales and customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate compassion and integrity in every transaction, genuinely caring for our customers
• Possess some experience in a customer-facing role
• Can successfully pass background checks (criminal, employment)
• Hold a full class driver's license, which is considered an asset
• Are capable of lifting 50+ pounds, which is also considered an asset
