Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate deliveries efficiently and effectively.
  • Confirm delivery details with guests and handle concierge duties.
  • Communicate seamlessly with managers and team members to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the on-duty manager.
  • Assume the role of manager on duty when scheduled.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrate a collaborative spirit, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
  • Possess excellent communication, organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred (training provided).
  • Exhibit a willingness to learn new skills and an open-minded approach.
  • Demonstrate strong time management abilities and the capacity to handle time-sensitive delivery schedules.
  • Be a self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older, and preferably possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule is essential (we strive for flexibility to accommodate your needs).
