This role is designed to deliver comprehensive network and server assistance within the organization.

The position will operate as a Tier 3 IT Architect Systems Administrator II within the Integrated Network Services division. It will primarily address and resolve issues related to MS Windows systems and software, network hardware, scripting, and application problems, acting as a liaison between technical support and customer teams for Enterprise Endpoint Security, Infrastructure Configuration Management, Remote Endpoint Management Support, Project Management, and Process Documentation.

This role will also be instrumental in tackling complex challenges that necessitate extensive knowledge of specialized endpoint security tools, applications, software, hardware, operating systems, and networking protocols. Furthermore, this position will oversee projects that involve managing personnel, timelines, and resources, ensuring successful implementation from start to finish.

The Systems Administrator will be responsible for supporting and managing MS Windows systems and software for the Consumer Platforms Infrastructure Operations unit. Responsibilities include planning, installation, configuration, scripting, deployment, patching, interfacing, and optimization of Windows-based systems and software.

Required Skills:

  1. Managing support tickets through ServiceNow. Highly desired: 3 Years

  3. Executing Disaster Recovery procedures for data centers involving storage, compute, network, and virtualization technologies. Required: 4 Years

  5. Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Required: 4 Years
  6. Administering servers, active directory, applications, patching, and data management. Required: 4 Years
  7. Experience in data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes. Required: 4 Years
  8. Monitoring events and incidents. Required: 4 Years
