  • Clean and maintain the dining area, including tables, chairs, and trays, to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Greet patrons and provide a warm and friendly welcome, making recommendations and answering questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
