Job Title: Sales Service Cashier

At London Drugs, we're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales Service Cashier to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, cash wrap, and stockroom
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a superior shopping experience for customers
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a cash register
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
