C-Gas Management Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain a well-organized store environment
  • Authorize payments and handle customer transactions
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to relocate
Working Conditions
