Job Title: Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at River Rock Grill. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware and storing beverages and food products.
  • Serve food and snacks to customers, and provide recommendations on drink and food selections.
  • Operate a cash register and handle customer payments.
  • Prepare and serve mixed drinks, wine, draft and bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability and a positive attitude.
Work Environment:

Our bar is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to provide exceptional customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.

Language:

English is the primary language spoken in our bar, and we require all staff to be proficient in English.

Hours:

35 hours per week.
