Job Summary:

As a Restoration Technician with Rainbow International, you will play a critical role in restoring properties affected by water, mold, and fire damage. Your expertise will ensure that our customers receive top-notch service and their properties are restored to a safe and habitable condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a schedule to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Respond to water damage emergencies and initiate mitigation efforts according to IICRC standards and Rainbow International's protocols
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding scope of work and necessary paperwork
  • Maintain company equipment, ensuring it is clean and properly maintained at all times
  • Perform marketing tasks to promote additional services and business development
  • Cross-train in related positions as needed

Requirements:

  • Restoration and construction experience preferred, but not required
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of office software and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent communication skills
