Nail Care Specialist

As a Nail Care Technician at Excel Nails, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nail care services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and enhancing their beauty.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role is preferred.
The work environment is typically wet and damp, located within a beauty shop or aesthetic service setting.
Key Responsibilities- Create custom nail designs tailored to client preferences.
- Design and apply traditional nail art.
- Expertly apply or remove artificial nails and nail art.
- Maintain cleanliness by trimming, polishing, and caring for nails.
- Provide gel and acrylic nail extensions.
- Offer therapeutic foot massages as part of nail care services.
- Repair and mask aesthetic defects on nails.
- Handle cashiering duties efficiently.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments.
- Perform manicures and pedicures.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
Holding an Esthetician certification is essential for this role.
Work ExperienceExperience as a manicurist or pedicurist is highly valued.
Physical Requirements- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Client-focused with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
