Job Title: Ethnic Food Cook

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at Pampanga Restaurant & Banquet Hall. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of ethnic dishes for our customers.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in cooking and a passion for ethnic cuisine. You will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and preparing complete meals or individual dishes. You will also be responsible for training staff in food preparation and handling, maintaining inventory and records, and cleaning kitchen and work areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Organize buffets and banquets
  • Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in this field of employment
