Michelin is Hiring a B2B Commercial Communications Manager

Michelin, a global leader in tire technology, is seeking a highly skilled B2B Commercial Communications Manager to join our dynamic marketing and communications team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer engagement strategies, creating compelling content, and driving business growth.

About the Role

As a B2B Commercial Communications Manager, you will specialize in a group of vocations within the Off-Road business line. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers, distributors, vehicle manufacturers, sales force, and organization to promote our products and services.
  • Contribute to the definition of the engagement strategy by vocation or group of vocations of the Off-Highway business line, considering the group's entire offering.
  • Building the message architecture and defining asset and content requirements to support the engagement strategy.
  • Writing activation guidelines to support the regional engagement strategy and developing the assets and content required according to their activation plans.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of design and activation to propose improvements and action plans.
  • Preparing and managing the annual engagement budget given by the business lines and ensuring its effective use.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, administration, or communications and 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in a bilingual environment (French and English) to communicate with colleagues and international partners.
  • Agility, a positive, collaborative, and proactive approach.
  • Commitment to providing excellent service to internal customers and comfort leading meetings.
  • Comfort in the B2B world and working on strategic aspects.
  • Self-starter with good sense of organization, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Good analytical skills and a good command of Excel and the Office suite.
