Multilingual Translator

Burnaby Digital Media Inc is seeking a skilled Translator to join our team. As a Translator, you will be responsible for translating written material from one language to another, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.

• Translate a variety of written material, including documents, articles, and websites, from English to other languages.
• Conduct research to ensure accurate and culturally sensitive translations.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure translations meet the required standards.
• Proofread and edit translations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain terminology databases and style guides.
• Provide linguistic support to other teams and departments as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in translation or a related field.
• Excellent language skills, including reading, writing, and speaking abilities.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 37.5 hour workweek. The work language is English, and the work environment is hybrid.
