We are seeking a highly skilled Bottle Depot Supervisor to join our team at Mount Pleasant Return-It Depot. Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all computer equipment and machinery are in good working condition, perform routine maintenance tasks, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Team Leadership: Train and supervise a team of workers, conduct performance reviews, and provide guidance on duties and policies.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Communication: Collaborate with colleagues and management to resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
