Key Responsibilities- Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Load and unload goods, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Oversee the condition of the vehicle, inspecting tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Pay and receive payments for goods, accurately recording cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
- Perform preventive maintenance, adhering to scheduled maintenance and inspection protocols.
- Receive and relay information to central dispatch, maintaining effective communication with the team.
- Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks) and a valid Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
- Basic security clearance and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety and security.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including overnight shifts and cross-border travel.
