Key Responsibilities:
 In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in engineering estimates and development strategies
  • Leading project teams to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards

Required Qualifications:
 We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience managing Agile software development teams or projects in the avionics or military sectors
  • Experience in designing software for avionics or military applications following quality standards (such as DO-178C, MIL-STD-810, or MIL-STD-461)
  • Proven success in executing and leading complex projects with a focus on cost, schedule, and risk management
  • Strong understanding of requirements management for software systems development
  • Familiarity with Primavera or similar project management tools
  • Proficient in data analysis techniques, with the ability to collect and interpret data to present meaningful insights to management
