Join Our Team as a Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team at Pack-Smart Inc. Automation. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in installing and commissioning our cutting-edge high-speed automated packaging machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and commission equipment to ensure seamless operation and final handover/acceptance.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders on design reviews, modifications, and changes that impact equipment functionality.
  • Resolve installation issues, root cause deficiencies, and participate in resolution analyses to identify potential risks during commissioning.
  • Train customers on equipment operation, machine setups, and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Degree/diploma in mechanical/electro-mechanical engineering.
  • 4+ years of commissioning & qualification experience of automated machinery or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and technical communication skills in English.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time.
