Meat Cutter

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Fresh Bite & Meat. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing meats for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to prepare meats for sale
- Wrap and package prepared meats to ensure quality and presentation
- Remove bones from meat to create a variety of cuts
- Weigh meats for sale to ensure accuracy and fairness
- Cut poultry into parts to meet customer demands
- Clean and prepare fish and shellfish to meet food safety standards
- Cut fish into steaks and fillets to create a variety of products
- Grind meats to create ground beef, pork, and other products
- Slice cooked meats to create deli-style products
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood to create visually appealing products
- Will train individuals with no prior experience
- Permanent employment opportunity
