Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join our team and help us develop our next-generation eye-tracking platform. As a key member of our software team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions that meet the strict size, power, and performance requirements of our wearable devices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement software solutions for our embedded platform, including algorithms for processing raw data from the MEMS scanners.
  • Develop and maintain software APIs and tools for communicating with our eye tracker.
  • Collaborate with the hardware team to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components.
  • Participate in code reviews, API design, and planning meetings to ensure high-quality software solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of our next-generation embedded platform, including hardware bringup and testing.


Requirements

  • Significant experience writing C code for embedded MCUs, such as the Cortex-M series.
  • Experience with Python and common embedded tooling.
  • Experience with hardware design and board bringup.
  • An understanding of common hardware peripherals and interfaces.
  • Familiarity with tools like Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Jira, etc.
