TPG Technology Consulting Ltd is actively seeking a skilled Systems Analyst for a contract role within a government project.
Our client, part of the Government of Canada, requires a proficient individual to support the comprehensive analysis, development, testing, and ongoing maintenance of solutions aligned with various initiatives.
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience across all stages of the systems development life cycle, including the documentation of business requirements, systems analysis, project design, development, and testing.
- At least four (4) years of experience in the last decade working on an IBM Mainframe platform.
- Over four (4) years of experience in analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements in collaboration with clients, IT stakeholders, and development teams.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of experience with COBOL and/or CICS development.
- Experience in COBOL mainframe development environments, particularly interfacing with DB2 relational databases.
- Proficiency in design and development using tools such as TSO, JCL, MQ Series, SQL, Expediter, Strobe, Workbench, and SDFII.
- Possession of a Government of Canada Reliability clearance.
