We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter and Decorator to join our team at Yara Pro Painting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Painting and Finishing: Mix paint to the desired color and texture, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for each project, and plan and schedule work to ensure timely completion.
  • Work Environment: Work in various locations, including residential and commercial properties, and erect scaffolding and swing stages as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in painting and decorating.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Personal Qualities: Efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
