About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sharing product knowledge, and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers, provide product information, and offer recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Process customer transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to company standards.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, inventory management, and other sales floor activities as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
