Position Overview

Thind Motion Films Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Media Coordinator to enhance our marketing and communication efforts. This role is essential in promoting our brand and engaging with various stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college diploma or certificate program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years in a related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute administrative duties effectively.
  • Address inquiries from the business community regarding growth opportunities.
  • Conduct surveys and analyze consumer buying behaviors and preferences.
  • Perform comparative research on marketing tactics for industrial and commercial goods.
  • Serve as the representative for the organization.
  • Respond to both written and verbal inquiries.
  • Assist in creating brochures, reports, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
  • Coordinate special promotional events and campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets.
  • Develop a comprehensive portfolio of marketing materials.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for potential projects.
  • Engage in online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions.
  • Formulate and implement marketing strategies.
  • Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposiums.
  • Develop and execute business plans.
  • Oversee office and volunteer personnel.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervision of a team ranging from 5 to 10 individuals.
