About the Role

BMO Financial Group is seeking a skilled Data Reporting Analyst to join our team on a 12-month contract basis.

This role is part of our US reporting team, which oversees branch network and branch-level employee reporting, as well as supporting segments like Premiere and BRM. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day frontline reporting that feeds into bankers' scorecard dashboards, driving incentives.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in building, automating, and testing dashboards in PowerBI, linking data within dashboards, and participating in meetings to understand business requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Intake practice with report mockups and developments
  • Building and automating dashboards in PowerBI
  • Linking data within dashboards
  • Participating in meetings to understand business requirements
  • Pulling data from SQL databases and working with large datasets

Requirements include:

  • 3+ years of experience in data reporting analysis
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • 3+ years of financial background
  • Expert SQL and/or PowerBI skills
  • Previous programming experience (desired)
