Position Overview: As an International Program Coordinator Intern, you will contribute to the development and execution of our internationalization initiatives. This role is pivotal in fostering partnerships that enhance our global outreach and ensure our products are culturally and linguistically appropriate for diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing internationalization resources and translation workflows to establish a clear understanding of current capabilities and desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support international expansion efforts, particularly focusing on enhancing language support and compliance.
  • Lead innovative projects involving Generative AI to automate the identification and resolution of internationalization challenges.
  • Enhance reporting mechanisms for internationalization analytics by revamping existing dashboards to provide real-time insights.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to create a Global Readiness Scorecard that evaluates product readiness for international markets.
  • Champion the integration of design tools to streamline the development process and promote best practices in internationalization.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on internationalization standards and practices, offering training and support to internal teams.
  • Perform market research to identify trends and opportunities in internationalization, providing strategic insights for improved user experiences.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as International Business, Linguistics, or Computer Science is required; project management certification is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing internationalization or localization projects in a dynamic, technology-oriented environment.
  • Strong understanding of internationalization principles, with practical experience in their application within software or digital products.
  • Exceptional program management abilities, strategic thinking, and effective prioritization skills.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or PHP is advantageous.
  • Experience in international digital marketing strategies is preferred.
