Food Service Supervisor

HAN COREA RESTAURANT is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure the smooth running of our restaurant, including managing staff schedules, inventory, and customer service.
Supervise and Train StaffSupervise and train our food service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesManage our inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
Ensure Quality ControlEnsure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, and that customer complaints are addressed promptly and professionally.
Prepare Reports and RecordsPrepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback to help us improve our operations and make informed business decisions.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role
SkillsExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
LanguageFluent in English
