About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Amusement Park Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our rides and attractions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate rides and amusements, ensuring all safety protocols are followed
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Perform routine maintenance on rides and equipment, identifying and reporting any defects or issues
  • Assist with cleaning and maintaining recreational facilities and grounds, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests
  • Collect tickets and fees, and rent or sell sports and accessory equipment as needed
  • Assist patrons on and off rides, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
  • Drive trucks, vans, and other vehicles to transport amusement rides, games, and other attractions to amusement attraction sites
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required; we will provide on-the-job training
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
