Job Title: Welder-Fitter

At ADM Stainless Inc., we are seeking a skilled Welder-Fitter to join our team. As a Welder-Fitter, you will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and maintaining and performing minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpretation and Execution: Interpret welding process specifications and execute welding tasks with precision and accuracy.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, including arc welding machines.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in welding and fabrication.
Work Environment:

As a Welder-Fitter, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods. You must be physically demanding and have manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
